Shipping Policy

We know you want your STASH fast, and smelling good shouldn’t mean waiting forever. Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the time your payment clears. We move fast, just like you.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We offer flat-rate and free shipping options based on order size and location. Shipping is available Canada-wide and internationally.

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

We work with trusted carriers like Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, and UPS, depending on the shipping option you select and your location.

Once a package is marked as delivered, STASH is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking info. We’ll do what we can to help support the claim.

If you’re ordering from outside Canada, your country may charge customs fees, taxes, or duties. These are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the customer.
