We stand behind the quality of our solid colognes and the experience of being part of the STASH movement. That said, we know things happen. Here’s how we handle refunds.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your STASH arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, we’ve got your back.
What to do:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number, a photo of the item, and a short description of the issue

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is shipped and tracking confirms delivery, it’s out of our hands. We recommend contacting the carrier for further assistance, but we’re happy to help guide the process if you reach out.
Subscription Refunds
Subscriptions (like the Mystery STASH membership) are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime before the next billing date. We do not refund past charges once the product has shipped.

How Refunds Are Issued
If a refund is approved:
• It will be processed to the original payment method
• It may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank
